Production authentication uses Microsoft Entra ID. Protected routes require a valid LexFlow session.

Microsoft Entra ID is not configured yet. Set AUTH_MICROSOFT_ENTRA_ID_ID and AUTH_MICROSOFT_ENTRA_ID_SECRET when Azure credentials are available.
